We hold beginners courses during the year and can take a novice through to running in six weeks. We have qualified coaches and lots of friendly helpers so we can give planty of encouragement.  Courses are fun based and you will be shown how to run safely, warm-ip and cool-down.


Our next course in King's Lynn starts Wednesday 17th October 2018 at 6.30, meeting at the Dutton Pavilion, Lynnsport (access off Beulah Street).  Thanks to funding from the London Marathon Charitable Trust and Fields in Trust, Alive Leisure in collaboration with Lynnsport the course is FREE.  Places are limited and courses are very popular so early ooking is advised.  To book a course please complete the registration form and return by the 10th October 2018.


Returners to running are also welcome on the courses but if you are already running a bit, no matter how slow, why not contact us as you may be fine joining in with the main group.


Our next course at Hunstanton will begin on the 4th April 2019.



What do you need?

  • A good pair of running shoes.
  • A good support bra.
  • Comfortable lightweight clothing, layers you can add or take off depending upon the weather.
  • Reflective top for dark nights.


We hope you would find the course a welcoming and friendly experience. You need only run to your own capabilities and you will feel healthier and fitter.


At the end of the course you will be able to join the main group and run on a weekly basis if you wish.
