We hold beginners courses during the year and can take a novice through to running in six weeks. Returners to running are also welcome. We have qualified coaches and plenty of helpers so we can give plenty of encouragement.
Courses are fun based and you will be shown how to run safely, warm-up and cool-down.
Our latest course has just finished. But please contact us on the email below if you are already running a bit, no matter how slow, as you may be fine joining in with the main group.
We hope you would find the course a welcoming and friendly experience. You need only run to your own capabilities and you will feel healthier and fitter.
At the end of the course you will be able to join the main group and run on a weekly basis if you wish.
