Our Beginners courses

We currently have no beginners courses scheduled but if you wish to join the Ladybirds please get in touch on how we can support you to join the group.

In October 2025 we hosted our first Meet, greet and move event that encouraged those wishing to join the group to attend a normal club session and meet our members before a relaxed 20 minute session with our group to see how they found the club and how we could support them in joining the Ladybirds.

In 2026 we will be hosting another 'Meet, Greet and Move' event to those wishing to join the ladybirds and will post event details as soon as they become available.
